Great price, Beautiful fan
I purchased four of these fans for my new house. My 19 year old son and I installed them. Although installation was not the easiest, by the time we got to the fourth fan it went pretty quick. The price is excellent; the fans are beautiful and they work great. They are quiet and they really move the air. Hunter is the best brand for ceiling fans. I have been using them for 25 years.
Beautiful, easy to assemble, smooth and steady
We bought two fans. They shipped and arrived sooner than expected. We assembled both fans and had them installed in less than an hour. They are very quiet and steady. The chains barely jiggle even when the blades are on high and we did not need to balance the blades. The light is soft and plenty bright. This is an excellent fan.
Nice Fan but HORRIBLE Customer Service
I purchased two hunter fans. One of them had all of the parts & pieces and installed quickly. The instructions were very clear and the finish and fit were high quality.
The other ceiling fan was missing the screws that you need to secure the fan assembly to the ceiling mount and the screws you need to secure the light bowl to the fan. Without those screws you have a pile of parts on the floor. I called the 800 number provided in the instructions to obtain the missing parts. After a lovely 15 minute wait on hold I was informed that those parts were backordered and wouldn't ship for 30 or so days. WHAT? I guess they must have forgotten to include the screws in more than one fan since they were completely out of the parts and had a minimum back log to obtain new ones. This is for screws not a fan motor other assembled component. I asked the representative for a manager to call me to see if they could improve the 30 days. After 11 days I have not received a call back. I also...
