Easy to Maneuver
I guess you either love this vacuum or hate it. I am really impressed with it. For under $100 this is an extremely sturdy feeling small vacuum. I find the swiveling head to be a big help when getting around and under furniture. The suction is great. The first thing I used it for was vacuuming out the filter on the air conditioner. I clean the filter every month and have NEVER seen that much stuff come out of it before with the old vacuum...which wasn't a bad vacuum.
It is a pretty small, lightweight vacuum. But we live in a 1200 ft condo, so this is all that we need. It works great on hardwood, tile and the two carpeted bedrooms. I have no problem pushing this on carpet and have been impressed by how much it picks up. And, for being so lightweight, this vacuum feels really well built. Emptying the canister after each usage proves to me that it is doing its job. For the price, this is a great vacuum.
Efficient, Bagless Vacuum
I'd actually give this vacuum 4.5 stars. It is a little heavier than I expected it would be, and you have to keep an eye on canister fullness. Otherwise, this does a great job of vacuuming. We have 2 cats, so we have a lot of cat hair around the house. This vacuum does an absolutely excellent job of cleaning up after the two cats. It also does a great job of cleaning carpet edges next to the walls. The "swerve" in it is nice for cleaning around and under tables. We have a larger house, so I find that I need to empty the canister into the trash about 3 times when vacuuming the entire house. Emptying is relatively easy if I don't let the canister get too full. Pet hair will suspend the dirt, etc., that was vacuumed up, if you are not careful. Although it is bagless, I don't notice that the vacuum has any unpleasant odor associated with it, as another bagless brand did shortly after I began to use it. While the carpet doesn't look like the pile is standing up straight when...
Great, lightweight vacuum
I also like it because, due to its small size, its very maneuverable.
We live in a 1100 square foot apartment and as long as you use it on a regular basis, it will keep your floors nice and clean - the ones with AND without carpet, although if you have super thick carpet I'm going to say it's not your best bet. The carpet in our apartment is not thick and it works very well. It's able to pick up the small dirt as well as bigger items (broken crayons is a good example) which surprised me. To me that shows a really good suction.
It has a really long cord and the bagless filter can be changed easily, although it fills up relatively quickly. Empty it after every use and you won't have a problem.
I also like this lightweight vacuum because my kids (ages 7 and 9) are able to push it without a whole lot of effort.
The best feature of the vacuum is its maneuverability and the 2nd best feature is its weight. This vacuum is perfect for small spaces...
