Great product
I researched several models with different companies and after reading reviews on Amazon I thought I would buy this product. It is a great product. Easy instructions to set up. I have had it running for a week and it works like a charm in the basement. The seller delivered it way before the expected date.
Surpassed my expectations
I have a 1200 sq/ft basement that during the summer months often gets a high level of moisture in the air....I have battled this situation for 3-4 years with little if any success in resolving this problem....since purchasing this unit it has removed the annoying moisture smell and humidity in the air effortlessly............One of the best purchases I've ever made and for a really good price!!
Best Dehumidifier ever.
This is such a quiet unit, you don't even know it's running. It beeps to alert when bucket is full. It is doing the job in a 1000 ft basement.
Ok, still love this unit. We are however having a problem with the customer service dept. that sold us this unit. A small tab broke on the water float in the bucket. We glued it and I called many times sitting on hold for 30 minutes or more to get a replacement part. I was told they did not have replacement parts for the unit so they would open a new box and send one out, tab broke again. Waited about a month, received nothing, called again, waiting way too long to speak to a body again to be told the parts for unit are not in stock and it may be another month before they get a part to send out to me. They told me to drill out the part, get a pin of some sort to replace the broken tab, etc.... Seriously... why should I have to do this to a unit I had less they 2 month?????? So we still love the quiet unit, but as for the customer...
