False Advertising
I ordered what is pictured, a Filter Queen brand filter replacement pack, and received a generic knock off that doesn't even appear to include the disc filters that the pictured item does. What I actually received is pictured here: http://www.amazon.com/Cones-ALL-Filter-Queen-vacuums/dp/B0007SMLXE/ref=pd_sim_hg_6. Amazon is refunding my money but told me that I should buy this item from a different seller.
Not Filter Queen brand
I thought, based on the picture and description, that this would be a package of Filter Queen filters. It is an off-brand which do not hold their shape as well as the Filter Queen ones. For $12, I am going to keep them and try them; it's not worth the hassle to return them. But beware if you think you're getting Filter Queen filters.
Vacuum Filters
These people don't like any negative reviews. If they get a review as such, they don't treat it diplomatically, but take it personally and they choose to not answer e-mails or give refunds. So beware!
